Hear about children’s well-being over the last 5 years, from before and during the COVID pandemic, as well as a introduction to the MDI Data Dashboard.
This month marks the beginning of another school year. Our thoughts are with the school districts in wildfire-affected areas and we acknowledge the hard work and dedication of educators and school staff across the province. From our entire team, thank you for your continued engagement with and support of HELP.
Join Us on October 19 for an MDI Webinar!
Dr. Eva Oberle, scientific lead for the Middle Years Development Instrument (MDI), and others from the MDI team, will share highlights from the latest MDI data collected in the 2022-23 school year from over 47,000 children in grades 4 through 8 in BC. Hear about trends in children’s well-being over the last 5 years, from before and during the pandemic, as well as their answers to some new questions on the MDI — including climate concerns and social media use. The team will also introduce the new MDI Data Dashboard, available now!
